About the role:

Mighty Fin is hiring experienced SME finance sales professionals capable of originating and managing relationships with growth-stage small businesses. Candidates must understand SME cashflow behavior, informal market ecosystems, and working capital financing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard SME borrowers
  • Conduct business assessments and customer visits
  • Build long-term merchant relationships
  • Drive SME portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality
  • Support collections follow-up where required

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in:
    • SME lending
    • Microfinance
    • Business banking
    • Merchant acquisition
    • Asset finance
  • Existing SME networks within markets, retail clusters, or trade ecosystems preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Working capital lending
    • Merchant finance
    • Inventory cycles
    • SME cashflow behavior
  • Proven experience meeting loan disbursement and portfolio targets
