About the role:

We are hiring aggressive, high-performing field acquisition agents with direct experience selling financial products to underserved and informal market customers. This role is ideal for candidates who already understand mass-market lending, mobile financial services, and high-volume field acquisition environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Drive loan application onboarding and digital adoption
  • Build referral pipelines within communities and informal markets
  • Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Support portfolio quality through customer education and follow-up

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in:
    • Microfinance
    • Mobile money
    • Digital lending
    • FMCG field sales
    • Telecom sales
  • Proven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Informal sector customer behavior
    • Agent-led acquisition
    • Community activations
    • Digital onboarding
  • Comfortable working in high-volume field environments
