About the role:

We are hiring experienced loan sales professionals with proven ability to originate payroll and salary-backed loans within Zambia’s government and formal employment sectors. This role is performance-intensive and suited for candidates who already understand payroll lending cycles, employer onboarding, and institutional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire payroll and salary-backed loan customers
• Conduct institutional activations and employer visits
• Drive monthly loan disbursement targets
• Support onboarding and verification processes
• Maintain strong customer retention and referral pipelines

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Minimum 2 years experience in:
  • Microfinance
  • Payroll lending
  • Banking sales
  • Loan origination
• Existing relationships within:
  • Government institutions
  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Formal employers
  • are a major advantage
• Proven monthly disbursement performance history
• Strong understanding of payroll-based credit assessment
• Experience handling customer onboarding and KYC processes

Compensation:
