About the role:

Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate team members and ensure that the Sales and Distribution objectives are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop an effective and motivated team and supervise, support, develop and guide personnel.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct counts and ensure accurate recording for all incoming and outgoing stock
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities
• Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Ensure that sufficient stock in the warehouse
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the Warehouse Manager

Key Knowledge and Skills:

• Level of Education – Minimum Diploma in any business-related field
• Driving Licence – Minimum 2 years
• Leadership
• Self-Starter
• Integrity
• Effective communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

 Minimum Qualifications/ Traits:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Business Administration

Compensation:

The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
